Home Delivery is available to mainland UK and is free of charge for all our electric bicycles. In stock e-Bikes are usually dispatched within 2 working days on a next day courier service.

We can arrange to dispatch your new e-Bike on any chosen weekday to arrive the next working day, just contact us soon after ordering to confirm.

Our Electric Bicycles are checked before dispatch, the only thing you will need to do on receipt is attach the pedals and turn the handlebars.

Personal Delivery

If you are within a couple of hours drive from our Showroom in Halesworth, Suffolk we usually prefer to deliver your new e-Bike fully built. This also gives an opportunity to demo the bike to you before you ride. Delivery can also be arranged on a convenient day to suit you, usually in the evenings.

Delivery for Parts and Accessories is free of charge for orders above £24.95, delivery is available to the whole of the UK. We use Royal Mail 48 and Evri 3-5 day depending on the product purchased. Dispatch is usually next day.
