This Returns Policy sets out how we deal with returns and is designed to work in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
Goods which are unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days from purchase date.
Returns will be accepted provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original unopened packaging in an as sold condition.
Each item to be returned must be packaged in a separate container (box, packet etc), please affix a clear label on the container, please do not write on or label the product or it's packaging.
Authorisation to return goods is not required, but is recommended to avoid any confusion.
Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion, please seek advice before returning goods.
Please include a note with your goods with the reason for return.
The cost to return goods where the customer has changed his or her mind will be covered by the customer, there are no additional charges applicable.
Faulty items sent back to us will be subject to a warranty inspection which will be carried out by our approved service centre on behalf of the manufacturer. In some cases it may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm or diagnose the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how to proceed. For items returned within 30 days the process to replace or repair the item will normally be completed within 14 days, for items returned after 30 days a more thorough inspection may be required. Our returns department will advise you if this is the case and estimate a completion date. We will work hard to minimise the time required but some items require more time, we will keep you informed. To return a faulty item please ensure you contact us to obtain returns authorisation, a refund for the cost of return postage will be processed once we have received confirmation of acceptance from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses your claim you will be liable for return postage costs.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Where an error has been made by us and you have received items that what not part of your original order, we will replace these as quickly as possible and refund your return postage. Please contact us as soon as possible to report incorrect items. Where an item has been received damaged please ensure you do not unpackage, build or use the item. Contact us as soon as possible for a replacement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There is no restocking fee, you must cover the cost of returning goods, we advise you obtain proof of posting from the post office or courier of your choice.
Customised or digital items cannot be returned.
Gift cards sold 'as is' and are not refundable and has no cash value.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you have been advised to.
